The Art of Self Defense is a modern Martial Art System incorporating multiple styles with a family friendly atmosphere for all ages. We focus on fitness and mental toughness in a family friendly environment. Our Kids Martial Arts program builds the confidence to stand up; prevent and/or discourage bullying. The POWERFUL character of our instructor will develop CONFIDENCE and LEADERSHIP skills for your child to tackle life’s challenges in a positive problem solving manner.

The adult program is designed to fully achieve your goals. Life is full of all kinds of challenges and we believe individuals that train in Martial Arts are better prepared to handle adversity. Adults of all ages can become physically fit; strong and flexible. You will have the discipline to face any challenges from college to the executive board room.

Self-defense – This self defense program is a modern martial art self-defense system.  Try out our system made up of 6 disciplines; Muay Thai Kickboxing, jiu jitsu, Judo, Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, and Sirum (Korean Wrestling).

Self-confidence – This does not come naturally for many people. Through Martial Arts, as students accomplish new goals, their confidence level increases. Martial Arts instill a sense of discipline and self confidence that can carry over to all aspects of life.
